Registration

    Ten minute introduction to promote your company during the conference presentation, company logo at top of all promotional materials, signage throughout the conference area, logo and company link on website area promoting the event.

    Plus additional benefits that all levels receive, including: one complimentary conference registration, one exhibitor table at conference, recognition on social media, recognition with a link to your company site in conference registration emails, and logo on NOTA and NVPTA websites until June 30, 2018.

    2) Lunch sponsor: Five minute announcement and signage at lunch

  • Table will be provided. Exhibitors may set up from 7:00am-4:00pm on une 2nd, 2018. Conference will break for a 1 hour lunch break for all conference attendees. Space is limited!

The 2018 Partners in Practice conference is right around corner! 

NOTA and NVPTA are thrilled to have you on board as a sponsor. Your sponsorship and participation in this inaugural event is an asset to our practitioners.  Thank you for your support.

We are excited to announce that our conference is sold out with 81 registrants. As a reminder, the conference is on Saturday, June 2, 2018.  See below for conference details.

Location and Parking:  The conference will be held at Henderson Convention Center located at 200 S Water Street, Henderson, NV 89015.  Parking is free in the conference lot behind the facility:  http://www.cityofhenderson.com/henderson-happenings/henderson-convention-center/henderson-convention-center/henderson-convention-center-parking

You can enter the Henderson Convention Center through sliding doors accessible from the parking lot; it is not necessary to enter through the front entrance. 

The conference will be held in Sierra Rooms A, B, C, and Vista Room A.  All exhibitor tables are in Sierra Room A.  There is a wall that will close between rooms B and C during the tracks between 8:45am-12pm.  Please go to Sierra Room A and find the table with your company name. The Sierra Rooms are to the right upon entering off the parking lot.

Schedule:  Please June 2 Schedule WORD.docx for a detailed schedule of events.  Feel free to arrive between 7-7:30am.  Registration begins at 7:30am and the Welcome and Keynote begin promptly at 8:15am.  There is a session from 9am-10am, then a 15 minute break, and sessions between 10:15-12pm.  Then the poster session and lunch/exhibit time is between 12-2pm.  There are sessions and awards from 2pm-5pm; we are quite mindful and respectful of your time so please feel free to leave at 2pm.  However, you may stay as long as you wish. The exhibit area will be in the same large room as one of the sessions. 

Lunch and chairs:  To ensure we have the correct amount of sandwiches and chairs for your table, please email Paula (paula.m.cook@gmail.com) with the number of people who will be present at your exhibit.
