About Las Vegas City Hall:

Las Vegas City Hall is a striking example of innovation and sustainability. This energy-efficient structure, built to LEED® standards, reduces energy costs by over $500,000 annually and cuts CO₂ emissions by 2,348 metric tons—the equivalent of taking hundreds of cars off the road! It also helped the city avoid a $1.5 million investment in outdated infrastructure by building smarter from the start.
