Scholarship Sponsor: $250

• Academic Scholarship: Provide a $250 academic scholarship named after your company to an occupational therapy or occupational therapy assistant student.
• Recognition: Company logo will be featured on the scholarship certificate.
• Announcement: Scholarships will be announced at the conference, and students can apply after the event (deadline determined by the scholarship committee).

VENDOR/EXPO TABLES [table only] – $350

• Table and Chairs: NOTA provides a standard rectangular table and two chairs.
