Two years ago, we had an amazing turnout, sitting on the floor with our legislators and sharing the impact of occupational therapy, while pushing for OT's inclusion in key health initiatives and asking for licensure reciprocity. Since then, those things have been achieved! Recall, the governor signed the reciprocity bill we petitioned for!

Why Attend Hill Day 2025?

In 2025, we’ll have even more OT-specific items, including our own bill on the agenda: The OT Licensure Compact, carried by Assemblywoman Marzola. Hill Day is an incredible and fun opportunity to:

• Highlight the value of OT and push for legislation that benefits both our profession and our clients.
• Foster connections and network with professionals from across the state.
• Show the Nevada legislature that NV OTPs are here to support the expansion of important health initiatives across every county and for patient populations across the lifespan.

The tentative schedule for Hill Day on March 28th is listed above. Individual schedules may vary based on appointment times. This is a full-day event, but participants will have ample opportunities to take breaks as needed. Please note that lunch will not be provided by NOTA.
