The Nevada Occupational Therapy Association (NOTA) is now accepting nominations for the 2025 NOTA Awards. These awards honor individuals who demonstrate excellence, leadership, innovation, and dedication to the field of occupational therapy.

• Complete a separate submission form for each nomination.
• Please note: Nominations are not anonymous.

This is your chance to spotlight the outstanding practitioners, educators, advocates, and students who make a difference in our profession every day. Awards will be presented at the NOTA Annual Conference, June 7th at Las Vegas City Hall.
