All licensure inquires and scope of practice questions must go through the State of NV Board of OT.  They are responsible for the administration, regulation and enforcement of the practice of occupational therapy in Nevada. The NVBOT's mission is to  protect the public health, safety and welfare by ensuring that only competent occupational therapy practitioners are licensed in the state and that those licensed practitioners maintain the highest level of professional conduct.  You can email them at board@nvot.org.
