Iris is from Southern California and attended OT school at Touro University Nevada. She currently works in pediatric and adult home health.

• Why did you decide to become an OT? 
  

  I wanted to help people get back to everyday activities that are important to them.

• Making a difference to my clients/patients.

• Insurance and lack of funding/resources.

  What are some of your current hobbies?
  

• Hiking, relaxing at home, spending time with my family, and learning to cook.

  What is one hobby that you'd love to get into?
  

• I would like to get back into singing.

  What's one item you can't leave the house without?
  

• Car keys so I can drive my car.
