Required:

• ·     Completed doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, EdD, OTD) by time of hire
• ·     Licensed or eligible for licensure as an occupational therapist in the state of Illinois
• ·     Minimum of three years of experience as a registered occupational therapist providing direct client care
• ·     Experience teaching in an entry-level occupational therapy program (may include guest lectures and/or fieldwork supervision)

• ·     Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
•  
• ·     Preferred:
• ·     Minimum of five years of clinical experience as a registered occupational therapist
• ·     Record of applied scholarship, including publications and/or presentations
• ·     Record of professional service and collaboration with community partners/agencies
• ·     Experience delivering a full course in an academic setting
• ·     Clinical and/or teaching experience in one or more of the following areas: outcomes and interventions in complex clinical settings, pediatrics, leadership, policy, management
