NOTA 2024 RISE Conference & Expo Call for Volunteers

Are you passionate about occupational therapy and eager to contribute to the success of Nevada’s only occupational therapy conference? Here is your chance to get involved in our 2024 RISE Conference & Expo at Las Vegas City Hall on 5/18/24 from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. Our conference aims to provide an interactive, energized experience that supports our community, champions the distinct value of occupational therapy, and facilitates engagement by offering educational, networking, and advocacy opportunities. Our goal is to lift our Nevada occupational therapy community by inspiring practitioners, students, and community partners. 

As we prepare to make this event successful, we are seeking 24 enthusiastic student volunteers to join our team and help ensure everything runs smoothly. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in facilitating the conference, supporting speakers, assisting attendees, and ensuring the smooth operation of various sessions and activities. Your energy and commitment are invaluable to us. 

Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with registration and check-in

• Guiding attendees to different sessions and workshops

• Providing logistical support during presentations, panel discussions, and conversations that matter

• Helping with setup and breakdown of event spaces

• Offering assistance to speakers, exhibitors, and participants as needed
