SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

☐Platinum: $2000 (one available), includes:

● 30-minute session during lunch to all conference attendees to promote your company with a

focus on how your company improves the lives of people with disabilities and collaborates with

occupational therapy professionals in your mission

● Largest company logo at top of all promotional materials, including Rise Conference giveaways

to all attendees

● Signage throughout conference area

● Logo and company link on NOTA website and social media channels (including LinkedIn,

Instagram and Facebook)

● Lunch sponsor

☐Gold: $1000 (two available)

● Signage dedicating your company as a poster session sponsor. Company materials may be

available to attendees during poster session.

● Second-largest company logo on promotional materials, website, and social media channels

(including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook)

☐Silver: $500 (five available)

● Smaller company logo on conference promotional materials, website and social media channels

(including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook)

● Signage dedicating your company as a sponsor for one of the following options. Please indicate

which sponsoring option aligns most with your company:

○ breakfast table (morning)

○ coffee/tea table (morning)

○ snack table (afternoon)

○ networking lounge

○ wellness sessions

☐Bronze: $250 (unlimited)

● Company logo in conference program

● Company name mentioned on conference website

☐Scholarship sponsor: $250

Provide a $250 academic scholarship named after your company to an occupational therapy or

occupational therapy assistant student. Company logo will be present on scholarship certificate.

Scholarships will be announced at conference and students can apply after conference, with deadline

decided by scholarship committee.

VENDOR/EXPO TABLES

☐Expo Table: $200 (6 available)

● NOTA provides a standard rectangular table and two chairs

● Provided with free lunch for one exhibitor, with additional lunches available for purchase

☐Expo: Additional lunch $25

● Additional lunch for expo table attendees

Requirements/Disclaimers:

• NOTA will accept exhibitor/sponsor registration until 5/18/24. 
• NOTA cannot guarantee printed sponsor logos received after 5/1/24.
• Priority will be given to reservations received by 4/9/24. 
• All sponsors are on a first-come, first served basis. 
• NOTA will not make allowance for errors that do not materially affect the value of sponsorship. NOTA's liability for errors shall not exceed the cost of the sponsor's fee. 
• NOTA is a 501c(6) organization.
